Cyndi Brace

Nurse practitioner specializes in Female health(GYN), and BioIdentical Hormone Therapy

Cyndi received her Master's in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner from Syracuse University. She has also obtained National Certification in Adult Health . Cyndi has been fortunate to have had a variety of experience as a nursing instructor and continue to precept nurse practitioner students. She has practiced in internal medicine and for the past 15 years have had her primary focus on women's health care with a large part of her experience in menopause and hormone replacement. In April of 2012, Cyndi joined the staff at Teribury Medical Associates where she truly feels she can continue to offer her skills and knowledge in providing a wide variety of patient care.


Kimberly Burnett

Nurse Practitioner specializes in Diabetes, School Physicals, and acute care/sick visits

Kimberly Burnett MS, RN, FNP-BC joined Teribury Medical Associates in May 2012. Kimberly graduated from Binghamton University at SUNY, Decker School of Nursing in May 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Science and major in nursing. Following 11 years working as a nurse in the areas of critical care and surgical services, Kimberly graduated from Binghamton University at SUNY, Decker School of Nursing in 2008 with a Masters Degree in Science and Family Nurse Practitioner. She practiced as an FNP for 2 years with Lourdes Endocrinology with her primary focus being the management of Diabetes. Kimberly stresses the importance of focusing on individualized approach in assisting patients as they manage their diabetes with the goal of holistic and improved quality of life. In addition, Kimberly is assisting with walk in and sick visits as well as school physicals to better meet the needs of Teribury Medical patients.
